MOULDED BLANKS

HYDROPHILIC AND HYDROPHOBIC HALF MOULDED BLANKS

UNIQUE OUTCOME
O&O Mdc intraocular lens materials are manufactured using highly purified monomers. O&Omdc Polymers are characterized by low residuals which allows to obtain a unique outcome and the best performance.

IOL POLYMERS HALF MOULDED BLANKS
IOL Mould Technology
The Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic materials are provided in the form of half Moulded blanks, to work in combination with O&O mdc IOL mould technology.
The IOL mould technology allow reduction of manufacturing time and production costs.

COMPOSITION AND AVAILABILITY

O&O Mdc IOL Polymers are cross-linked co-polymers of 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylate and 2-Ethoxyethylmethacrylate. Polymers are 100% Acrylate structure.
O&O Mdc IOL Polymers are available in three types of materials:

> Clear
> Natural (with Blue Filter)
> Yellow (with Blue Filter)
